Appointed Deputy Commander of Operation Nourish in 2021, Joss helped implement the vision of a fully plant-based store, championing the new Feel Beautiful and Not Junky paradigm for C-stores. He is the core front-line trailbrazer of a new era of health, animal welfare, and planet vitality in an otherwise compulsive junk-food C-store milieu.
